Refund & Exchange Policy
At Vairavi, our goal is to make sure you are happy with every purchase. We take great care in packing and shipping our jewellery. However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or incomplete, we offer a simple exchange process for your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Exchanges
We maintain high product quality, and our exchange rate is very low. However, if you believe you have received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please review the conditions below:
- You can request an exchange for damaged or incorrect jewellery within 48 hours of delivery.
- The jewellery must be unused and in its original condition, along with the original packaging, tags, and invoice if applicable.
- For damaged, broken, missing, partial, or incorrect products, an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue is required.
- If the exchange reason is not related to damage or incorrect items, the order must be prepaid.
- We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products on COD orders due to the affordable pricing of our products.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges requested for reasons other than damage or incorrect items:
- ₹300 per transaction for COD orders
- ₹200 per transaction for prepaid orders

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product based on availability.
Exchange Guidelines
- Returned items will be inspected before the exchange is processed.
- We accept exchanges only for manufacturing defects, damaged products, incorrect items, or approved exchange requests.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a credit note.
- Sale items below ₹99 and special deal items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds and Credits
Vairavi primarily offers exchanges instead of refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin the exchange process promptly.
In cases where a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or credit note as applicable.
