Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders placed during sale periods, special promotions, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for cancellation.

How to Cancel an Order

Please include your order number, registered phone number or email address, and the reason for cancellation.

Once we receive your request, we will check the order status and confirm whether the cancellation is eligible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • No cancellation charges will be applied if the order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
  • For COD orders, no refund is applicable. However, COD orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched.

Please Note

  • Orders that have already been packed, shipped, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Sale items, special offer products, and limited-time deal items may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Vairavi reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases of repeated cancellations, misuse, or suspicious order activity.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
